Guys, the EP is finally released to all streaming services!!!! After some hiccups with a previous distributor and lots of waiting around, you can finally now look up “basement bloom” on your streaming service of choice and find my silly little songs.
I'm super excited to release this into the wild, and a little anxious as these songs are quite personal and come pretty much straight from my own life. I hope you all enjoy the songs as much as I has I enjoyed making them.

Hi there, I'm Cameron, aka Basement Bloom. I write, perform, record, and produce acoustic-ish music in my home studio near Houston, TX.
While my creative background is more in the visual arts sphere, I began (more seriously) writing my own music around the end of 2024. Since then I've written a handful of songs that I feel pretty proud of, and I've compiled them into an EP I'm releasing called Old Times' Sake.

What's up guys, this is me just scribbling a quick blog thing update to populate the homepage with. There will be posts here about as often as I remember to keep up with it.
One cool thing: my EP is coming out extremely soon! It's titled Old Times' Sake and it consists of a handful of songs I've written over the course of the past couple of years (I know, right?). As for right now, I'm currently redoing a few minor details on the songs, rerecording a couple of parts, changing some delay settings, all that fun stuff. Also I've been hella busy getting this website off the ground, as well as prepping all the fun “business side” stuff like setting up an account with a distro, looking into print-on-demand options for physical media (and maybe other forms of merch idk), etc.
Anyways, be on the lookout for a rollout of posts on all my socials as soon as the EP hits streaming services!
